Ahead of placing your gantry into position, manually slide both Y Carriage Nuts to the rear of the machine.

Also move the X linear rail carriages all the way to the front as shown in the next image.

Place the gantry on top of the linear carriages:

Use the (16) M4 Button-head screws to loosely secure the carriage onto your machine assembly.
