There may be an instance where your spindle isn't working correctly, and we may need to see your settings from your SLB. 

This is how you would Export Settings, first as a PDF:

 

 

From there save the PDF file, and send that to us, and we'll compare it to a known good set of settings. 

 

If we find a communication fault, we'll ask for the json file. This works great for 2 reasons.

1: you'll have a version of SLB to revert to. 

2: We'll make the necessary settings changes, so you only have to import the settings.

From here you should be able to drag and drop into your email to send it to us. Upon receipt we'll make the necessary changes, and send it back to you with those changes incorporated. We will not change anything we do not have to ensure full spindle automatic control.
