Upgrades for Version 1 are pretty the two sub-panels.

The upgraded sub-panels will be to bring your kit fully up to Version 3.

Note that this does not include the required Spindle Cable and Control Cable.  You'll either need to purchase them or DIY/add aircraft connectors to your existing wires.  Refer to our Soldering Wires section if you'd like more of a DiY approach.
