Your current CNC Z-Carriage may not be able to handle the additional weight of an 80mm spindle. For comparison the Makita palm router is 49oz and the DeWalt palm router comes in at 53oz
Nearly all hobby CNC machines have z-carriages that can easily support upwards of 110oz motors. So the 0.8kw or 1.5kw Air Cooled spindles are simple and easy upgrade options.
If you have a belt-driven Z, put serious consideration into upgrading that to something more robust.
