Notice About Support for Non-PwnCNC Controllers

At PwnCNC, we are committed to supporting our customers to the fullest extent possible—especially when it comes to our spindle systems, accessories, and machines. However, it’s important to understand the limits of where our support begins and where the responsibility of your CNC controller manufacturer ends.

What We Can Help With

  • Ensuring your PwnCNC spindle system and accessories are installed correctly.

  • Providing guidance on wiring, setup, and troubleshooting related to our products.

  • Offering advice and best practices when integrating our solutions into your CNC workflow.

Where We Must Defer

When troubleshooting goes beyond our spindle or accessory and into the controller’s operation or configuration, responsibility shifts to your controller manufacturer.
Examples include:

  • Controller software errors or configuration menus unrelated to spindle setup.

  • Motion control, homing, or probing issues not caused by PwnCNC products.

  • Electrical or firmware requirements unique to your CNC brand.

Why This Matters

Each CNC controller is different, and we cannot override or replace the manufacturer’s expertise and responsibility in supporting their own product. If you encounter controller-specific problems, the best outcome will always come from working directly with their support team.

Our Promise

We’ll always do everything we can to help you integrate PwnCNC products successfully. If we determine the issue lies within your CNC’s controller or software, we’ll clearly explain what we’ve found and guide you on the best way to approach your controller’s support team.
