All of our spindle kits come pre-programmed for manual control via the VFD's keypad.  This means when you have it all wired up you should be able to perform the following test:

1. With the VFD's screen blinking, hit the Run button.  This should change the VFD from blinking to solid.  The little LED light above the FWD label should also be illuminated.
2. Turning the dial should change the RPM's and make the motor turn in the direction of the arrow labeled on the motor.
3. Hitting the Stop button should spin the motor to 0 rpms and change the solid display back to blinking.

The above is considered the most basic validation that your VFD is programmed correctly.

Note that P5.0.19=107 will reset your vfd.  If you enter this code you'll need to enter all the others in the order listed.
