The Diode Laser is for a J-Tech Laser. 

The Red goes into Output 11, there is no other output that it can go into as it is dedicated to the diode laser output. 

The Black goes into a GND terminal. 

On the F1 Screen assign Laser-Engraving (PWM) to Output 11.
