"Tool Stuck in Spindle Detected"

Conditions it's occurring under?

A Tool Change is requested, however after going to drop the tool off, the spindle continues to blow air and does not proceed, then the above error pops up.

What's happening?

The tool absent/tool present sensor is not performing correctly according to what Masso is expecting

Solution:

Invert "Tool Change 2" so that it reads "yes" and the "high/low" conditions as depicted below.

First with a tool loaded using the MTC Button ensure that Tool Changer 1 is Low and Tool Changer 2 is High

Then while using the MTC Button Tool Changer 1 should be High, and Tool Changer 2 should be Low. Using the button should allow for a tool to eject from the spindle.

Then when releasing the MTC Button it Tool Changer 1 and Tool Changer 2 should both read low.

This will establish if your spindle is setup and acting correctly.
