The ATC System comes with a Manual Tool Change Button and a Yellow Handle. 

Along with the handle are (4) M3x10 socket screws, and assembly is straight forward. 

Slide the switch assembly into the female handle assembly (with the threaded inserts). It should be a snug fit as tolerances are tight, and you may need to losen or remove the screw on the button itself all together. 

Then "snap" the other side into place, and install the screws.
