Wiring up the ATC control inlet into your Masso G3 controller is very easy.
With a small flat head screwdriver, remove loosen the screws on the inputs/outputs, and slide the ferrule connector in and tighten it back down.
These input assignments are what we're designating, but you can change them with whatever is available for your situation. If you alter inputs/outputs as we designate you will have to know what the wire associates itself as, and tailor it to your wiring.
Input 9 is reserved but not designated for the Plasma DTHC as it is a high-speed input. It can be used, but it shouldn't be if it's not necessary.
Output 11 is reserved for Laser and cannot be otherwise designated.
Jumper'd Red = Power
Black = Ground
Yellow = Motor's Drawbar Sensor / Input 7
Green = Relay 1 / Output 7
Non-Jumper'd Red = Relay 2 / Output 8
White = Motor's Tool Preset Sensor / Input 8
After you have Masso programmed, and the wiring installed it's a matter of connecting all the connectors to the various components and programming your Masso controller for ATC functionality.
