Upgrading to v5 is an involved process.. thus it is not offered that you take on this upgrade yourself. We aim for a 24-48 hour turn around but that is dependent on when UPS drops off and picks back up. 

Instead we now offer a free upgrade service.  Simply purchase the upgrade and send us your VFD.  We'll get it upgraded, cleaned up, and tested before returning it to you.
