This problem occurs when there is a short circuit somewhere along the spindle cable.  U, V, or W may be in contact with ground.

The VFD is smart enough to safely handle this situation.  If you experience this, immediately turn off your VFD, unplug the VFD and reach out to [email protected].  We will provide guidance on next steps to get this resolved.
